Roland’s musical enthusiasm covers a very broad spectrum. His interests include Baroque and classical music; he spent many years in traditional jazz and composed music for cabaret programmes and theatre projects before Aco deliberately infected him with the “Balkan virus” in 2013.
Since then, his versatility and playful musicianship have enriched Ostbeatbend.
Ostbeatbend’s original compositions are written by him.
